1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or sale items (final sale)
Gift cards
Items purchased from third-party retailers

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sale@diamondsaucedisposable.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at sale@diamondsaucedisposable.com with your order details and reason for return.
If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 days.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellations
